How much does it cost to rent a Karaoke Party in a Box system

The cost of your OttawaKaraoke depends on the day of your Karaoke party, the pickup or delivery time, and any accessories – such as extra microphones.

To check the price of your karaoke party, start by selecting your dates below.  We also, automatically add the ‘equipment return day’.

How does Android App Booking Work?

  1. Download the Ottawa Karaoke App, from the Google Play Store
  2. You will see a discount code on the app home screen
  3. Pick your karaoke party date, and use the coupon code

Do you have any multi-day rates?

Yes, we certainly do!  Check our availability calendar, and have a look.

Will my TV Work?

Make sure you have one of the following connections, on your TV.

If you do not have access to a TV in your party space, we can provide a small LCD HD TV with a stand, for an additional $25.

How many songs are included?

There are over 15,000 karaoke songs covering music from oldies to current top 40. If we are missing something, please make a song request, and let us know.

Do you accept requests?

Yes, we do accept requests. Please browse our online request library: songportal.ottawakaraoke.com

Do you have a karaoke machine available for my party?

We have many machines in stock so there is a good chance we have one for the date of your party. Click here to check the online availability calendar.

Can I change party date?

Yes, you can!  Your personal Karaoke Concierge email contains information about changing your party booking!

Cancelled events have 30 days to reschedule.

Is it easy to operate the karaoke machine?

Yes, it’s very easy.  Your personal Karaoke Concierge will demonstrate everything! It’s easy to start your karaoke party, because we’re excited to start the singing, if you’re ever stuck in the middle of the night, just contact your personal Karaoke Concierge for assistance, or just use OttawaKaraoke support!.

How long is a rental period? Are there Late Fees?

e.g. if I rent the karaoke machine for a day, is it returned the same day?

A rental period is 24 hours. So for example, if you rent a karaoke machine at 12 pm on Saturday, it would be due back by no later than 12 pm the following day.

Late fees are calculated at $26.04 per hour.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer turn-key service, perfect for office parties. For an additional $120 your Karaoke Party in a Box will be delivered, setup, and removed at the end of your event.

Where do I pickup my karaoke machine?

Once we’ve received your payment, your personal Karaoke Concierge will send you an email containing your Karaoke Party delivery, or pickup details. You’ll get the email right away, because we’re excited to start the singing!

Can I pay online?

Yes, you can pay online by credit card using PayPal. Select the date of your party below, fill out your details, and click “Continue to checkout”. You will be directed to PayPal to complete your order online. Please note if you do not complete payment within 15 minutes, your order will be automatically cancelled.
