The Falcons - Youre So Fine

Youre So Fine

Original songwriter: Lance Finney, Willie Schofield, Robert West

You're so fine

You're so fine

You're mine

You're mine

I walk and I talk about you

I love you

I love you

I need you

I need you

I walk and I talk about you

But there's nothing in this world as sweet as your kiss

So fine

So fine

Everytime we meet my heart skips a beat

And you're my first cup of coffee

You're so fine

You're so fine

You're mine

You're mine

I walk and I talk about you

You're so fine

You're so fine

You're mine

You're mine

I walk and I talk about you

Artist Information

American rhythm and blues vocal group, formed in 1955 in Detroit, Michigan. After the release of Fine, Fine Girl / Oh Baby in 1963 they disbanded when Willie Schofield got drafted and Eddie Floyd and Wilson Pickett weren't always available. Robert West (2) manager of The Falcons refused to let his group die. He took a group known as The Fabulous Playboys (who recorded on Daco, Apollo Records (2) and Contour (3) and were The Ramblers (26) on Federal Records (2)) and made them The Falcons. Towards the end of the 60s into the 70s original members began to come back under the Falcons name. The second incarnation of The Falcons continued performing as The Firestones (3).
